Attorney Samantha Rizzuto joined the Kershner Sledziewski Law team in 2025. With extensive experience in complex divorce, custody, support, and prenuptial matters, she is expanding her practice to include real estate, estate planning, litigation, and commercial finance matters. Samantha takes a practical and strategic approach to her work, combining strong advocacy with a focus on client communication and results. She has 9 years of experience participating in numerous hearings and trials, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, and advising individuals and businesses across a wide variety of legal issues. 

Prior to joining Kershner Sledziewski Law, Samantha served as a Senior Associate at a boutique family law firm in Chicago where she gained nearly a decade of experience handling a wide array of family law matters in addition to being the firm’s research guru. Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and their two cats, and exploring Chicago’s diverse restaurant scene.
